Regular Cleaning
All the normal chores that you would like us to undertake including: Dusting – Vacuuming – Kitchen - Bathrooms & WC’s – Floor Washing - Ironing – Laundry
We will do all domestic chores – whatever it is, just ask! And we always try to allow enough time each week for a little extra such as cleaning windows, cleaning out the fridge or helping you to sort out a cupboard.
Minimum of 2 hours per visit - weekly or fortnightly.
£18.80 per hour - £14 per hour payable directly to the cleaner, £4.80 inc. VAT in agency fee invoiced quarterly in advance.
Spring Cleaning
A one-off, very thorough clean of your home from top to bottom. Can include:

All floors vacuumed / mopped

Thorough dust and cobwebbing

All interior woodwork, curtain poles, sockets & switches cleaned

All interior windows, sills and frames

Internal doors & frames wiped down

Curtains, carpets, rugs, sofas & chairs vacuumed thoroughly

Bathroom suites, tiles, taps & showers. Mould, mildew & limescale removed

Kitchen worktops, exterior cupboards, handles, tiles, sink, taps, kickboards washed, exterior of white goods, microwave oven cleaned inside & out, hob & cooker hood cleaners.
Minimum of 4 hours and we will normally send a team round to do this in half the time.

Builder Clean
Messy lot builders aren’t they?! All that dust that seems to get everywhere and linger for weeks. Let us come and banish it straight away. We will do a deep clean of the affected areas and, if required, a once-over of the rest of your home.
Minimum of 4 hours and we will normally send a team round to do this in half the time.

End of Tenancy and Removal Cleans
Leaving or arriving? We can come in and help make the transition as painless as possible. We are happy to deal with your agent for access arrangements if it makes your life easier.

Party Clean
Want to get your house in order before your guests arrive? Or can’t face the big clear-up the morning after? Then let us help, we’ll even take your empties to the bottle bank for you!
